Can be very glitchy, but does the job and easy to use

What do you like best?

Being able to sort and listen to calls. Also being able to grade calls and find record information.

What do you dislike?

calls dont always record and it freezes a good amount as well

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Authority allows me to hear how my callers are performing as well as grade their calls
