What do you like best?

It is amazing that I can access older information including mails and contacts. It helps recover lost data.

What do you dislike?

The software can have cloggy menus that may have just have been combined into one or simple shortcuts. This can cause a lot of clutter in terms of display and difficult to learn for second generation technology individuals. I mean, learners in developing nations can have difficulties in learning or mastering its use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I implore others to buy this software particularly for WAN systems that involves large or small enterprise/company for reliable information storage and retrieval at any time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I currently have issues with many menus and important information sometimes goes to Junk files. However, this enlightens me on the need to be security conscious. I am able to scrutinise emails and other phishing web pages.
