What do you like best?

Easy dashboard to use, simple yet effective. Blocks advanced threats. Support is very responsive to false negatives. They fingerprint emails for future blocking.

What do you dislike?

No wizard on policies to be enabled. Can be resolved with professional services. You will need to learn a new tool - basics are the same as proofpoint or Cisco Email Security/Ironport, but new GUI, new terms and new workflows

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Works well to stop APTs. Price is relatively the same among other competitors

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Advanced phishing emails. We have O365 Email ATP as well, still see a lot of bypasses until we put in FireEye ETP.

Works well with O365 Email ATP, both do retrospective alerts. Its like watching a dance between 2 products. They typically don't retro the same emails. No issues here.
