What do you like best?

TAP is pretty easy to setup and is done in the main Proofpoint Protection interface. URL Rewrite and Attachment Defense work really well and can be configured to do many things. The Dashboard for TAP gives a lot of useful information but it is done from a separate interface.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that I have to go to another dashboard to look at the TAP information/results. My biggest complaint about Proofpoint in general is all the separate interfaces for everything.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to be able to rewrite URLs coming because it gives another layer of protection from our clickers. If a link has been "exploded" in the sandbox and deemed malicious it will warn the user and let us as admins know as well.
