What do you like best?

Allows us to keep inventory of all chemicals in the laboratory, assists with overall laboratory management. LabCup also keeps all of our data secure which is great for confidentiality and program security.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult to figure out how to put in custom chemicals and lab inventory that wasn't in the database but very easy to do once I learned. This was the only downside to using LabCup.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I definitely recommend trying LabCup for your chemical inventory. Its crucial for any laboratory and improves lab efficiency, organization, and management.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No longer using spreadsheets or software that wasn't lab specific to try and maintain laboratory software. We can easily organize our inventory, search inventory, add new chemicals to our database, and see what chemicals we need to order.
