Advanced user of LearnerblyMy company gives us a quarterly budget to spend on books, classes, etc. Last q, they gave us a budget to spend specifically on DE&I content, which encouraged employees to get on the same page on the DE&I front. Everyone loves it and it incentivizes folks to read books & content that will help them do their job better!
I would like it better if they had more classes/subscription options available.
People not reading enough books, taking time off to focus on themselves and healthy reads, and encouraging folks to read specifically on certain topics.
