More flexibility. Suitable for all the types of e-commerce solutions. All the services can be extended and customized. Quick to deploy and mangae. Scalability is high.

Lacking in customization complexity. User community and dev portal support can be improved. Failed in the implemetation, because of technical support and complexity.
