What do you like best?

Ability to customize the platform for our needs without a big bang on the budget. We looked over 5 B2B ecommerce platforms before finalizing this. We wanted several custom options and functionalities for our group stores, All other platforms quoted a hefty price tag for implementing those requirements. SellersCommerce delivered those customizations within our budget, We are now using the platform to run over 50 microstores to our B2B customers.

What do you dislike?

Can be overwhelming to learn about all features and options available at once. These features are what allow for significant scaling but would need proper training and dedication at times.

Limited online training and knowledge base articles online can lead to some frustration, But their customer service is great and responsive when needed.
