No AMS is perfect, but Member365 has a lot of great features!
What do you like best?
The features that I get for the price. We did A LOT of research before choosing Member365. Once you're set-up, it automates a lot of functions and has saved me a lot of time. My members can now add openings to our job board without my help, can update their own directory listing, and upload documents directly to our resource library. There are also workspaces for committees and special interest groups.
What do you dislike?
The company seems to be going through a challenging time right now. They have grown a lot, and their customer service has suffered because of this at times. While I've been frustrated that a few bugs I discovered months ago haven't yet been fixed, they have been fairly transparent about their customer service issues and are actively trying to fix them. The CEO called me to get my feedback, and they assigned me a customer advocate to help me.

I'm the only staff for our association and I'm just part-time, so Member365 is like my administrative assistant! The automation is great. I don't have to send renewal reminders anymore. It has also replaced MailChimp, Survey Monkey, and other apps that we used to use. By doing everything through Member365, we can calculate an engagement score for each member and discover in advance which members are not engaged and are in danger of not renewing.
