What do you like best?

I like that we have one location for all donor history and records. Being able to pull up a customer's account and see how and why they have given over the last few years is very helpful in how we target them for future campaigns.

What do you dislike?

We did not have any guidance in setting up our account at the beginning so there were some complications with how appeals/campaigns/funds were set up and now they are "stuck". It is also very challenging to have a donor sign up for an appeal in Engage and not be able to reallocate or make changes to those funds in CRM, monthly giving is a great example of that. We had donors sign up to be recurring givers in various appeals (Giving Tuesday, Holidays, etc.) and now they can't make changes to the amounts without a cancel and restart, nor can we change what "bucket" they are in so we can track better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make the integration between salsa and crm stronger.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a comprehensive system to keep in contact with our donors and view their history. Being able to sort through donations to target audiences has proven to be very effective.
