What do you like best?
The user-friendly platform and tools. The system allows for countless options for adapting to our needs and keeping our donors well informed on the donation process.
Classy also provides my organization with the ability to compile and have accessible donation records for when such records are requested by our donors. We are also be to have analytics of our best performing campaigns and seeing where we stand in order to achive our goals. As a nonprofit we have been very content with the quick and knoweledgable responses from the Classy Team whenever we are in need of assistance.
What do you dislike?
I have yet to encounter a problem with the platform that hinders how my nonprofit create fundraising pages and receives donations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Classy offers flexibility to our donors to use a web-based platform that is secured and intuitive when it comes to donating to fundraising pages and engaging with our nonprofit. Classy allows my organization to have consistent reports on our donors to enable more accessible and streamlined communications. We are also able to create multiple campaigns that take place alongside each other.
