What do you like best?

Blackbaud is easy to navigate. I love that it has the option for such detailed profiles for each constituent.

What do you dislike?

The reports in Blackbaud are sometimes hard to pull. The reporting side is not very easy to navigate.

Blackbaud is a very useful tool for any size organization to be able to capture donor information in one place.

It's great to have all of the information about one constituent in one place. This includes each form of communication, solicitation, visit, etc.
