It is a simple program that gives basic information and reporting

Very out of date with modern day features, reporting modules are not powerful enough for a growing non-profit
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This software was good for basic contact management and donations but as our organization grew it could no longer handle our needs
