What do you dislike?

It's very much a you build it yourself hosting platform. They provide the basics. The rest of the admin is up to you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Problem solved: a place to put my domain online.

Benefits realized: I probably haven't realized all of the benefits since I built my site from scratch and FTP'd it to the host.
