Respectable value for the money
What do you like best?
The team is flexible when it comes to 1 out of 12 months having higher merge needs. It does meet our existing needs.
What do you dislike?
Depending on what you are looking to merge (if it is on multiple objects) the setup may require developer help, having an admin friendly query / code generator would be helpful. Additional templates may be helpful that are visually appealing. It would be great if we could also merge into a powerpoint instead of just a word document.

It's important to understand your data structure and how you would want it to loop within your documents.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It quickly gets the data from our SF to our clients who may not be SF users. They like having the ability to see these on demand. It creates consistent and professional looking documents.
