What do you like best?

This light weight, fast MS Office alternative is a highly useable suite, ideal for business and education purposes. Textmaker and Planmaker are particularly simple to switch too and the implementation of the Ms formats is arguably the best available. Multi platform options also make this more attractive than other suites. It is also very good value for money.

What do you dislike?

The removal of the tweaked Thunderbird client means having to use either the default one for an OS or to install manually, in on an enterprise environment this can take additional time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The reduced overhead compared to MS Office and being able to incorporate different choice of OS. As a result staff are able to use an operating system they are comfortable with and applications they know rather than forcing them into spending time either learning new systems or converting documents between platforms.
