What do you like best?

I love that I can have access to all of my documents and files from all of my computer's and laptops, including files from my current computer and all old ones since over 5 years ago. All in one place and accessable from any device.... Even on the go.

What do you dislike?

I wish I didn't have to download the software that allows you to sync new docs and files to the cloud.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Over filled storage space on physcal computers and laptops was a big pain, especially when it would caused slowing down my entire system. Also now everyone can have access to all documents and changes that have been synced to live... I guess that's one reason I am not total bummed for having do download the live sync software.
