Tweak in a global organisation

What do you like best?

We spend a huge amount of staff time searching and researching for the right photos, images and video for our various content needs, like our website, marketing and social media. Tweak Dam has helped us to organise our huge archive of content in a way that makes it accessible quickly, and not just to those who work on these areas everyday.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike, but important to remember that you still need to make sure you train your people right to get the best out of the system. Once you have the right structures and rules around it, you'll get the best out of the system. The Tweak team were very helpful in coaching us through this.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Getting your staff introduced and comfortable with the platform is key - once they know how to use it your progress will be very fast.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our ability to categorise, sort and quickly access the right content, and then make edits or adjustment as required is key for us. Our organisation has offices in 13 countries, with content and documents flowing throughout these offices, so it means that our staff across different teams and locations have the right content when they need it. The time saving on this is obviously very significant, but its also improved the quality of our communications and marketing materials, because everyone knows where to go to get what they want.
