Advanced user of iDAMIFMM is a small organization but is very responsive and willing to work with us to make updates to the system on an as needed basis.
The backend administrative systems is a bit clunky and not always intuitive.
We use the system to share assets both internally with employees and externally through our media site with journalists. IDAM has made it easy to work with diverse audience and share a variety of digital files including images, video, illustrations, PDF documents.
It has been very cost effective. We are not paying per user fees or fees by the bandwidth as some other solutions do.
