Industry Standard But not always reliable
What do you like best?
The platform is easy to understand and figure out if its your first time using it. I was never taught how to use it but am now a pro and have done many pull.
Although I dont always think the data is accurate, I am pleased with how much data the platform actually has and have never not been able to find exactly what im looking for or at the very least, something that is very similar
What do you dislike?
I often find times where I'm looking at the data it provides and it doesn't always seem accurate.
The tool itself is very janky and although it is easy to use, its incredibly frustrating and I feel like I'm working on a platform from the 90's
this could be my computer too but i find that it often freezes and crashes and not just when I click to pull/ add or take away some break outs. Again, this could just be my computer/network but it happens a few people in my office
It would be nice to be able to see a weekly breakout of data instead of only monthly breakouts. this would help discover more trends
It would be nice if you could look back on past pulls from people within your network without freezing. Although this is not always an issue, it would certainly be helpful
I also wish we could get more information on other countries such as Canada and an overall Europe pull. Unsure if this is already a feature I just dont have access to you but if not, it would be really helpful to add
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although I wrote a lot of feedback, I think it is a useful too and a great industry standard! In comparison too other vendors, I do believe ComScore is the most accurate
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have found that any time my team have reached out to Com Score about an issue, someone has always responded promptly and we have been able to find a solution or workaround withing 48 hours.
