Advanced user of RW3’s Business Intelligence suiteI mainly use 3 dimensional reporting and visual dashboards that are available through the RW3 intelligence suite. I am able to track my monthly sales goals in one place and all information is displayed in 3D charts that make it even easier to track.
I use mostly the 3 dimensional reporting and visual dashboards that are within the intelligence suite. What I dislike is that the data represented in the 3 dimensional reporting charts is not in real time. All data I enter the day of goes not reflect until the next day and sometimes will not reflect for several days.
I am solving problems such as being able to easily track my sales per account, my distribution total and my call coverage per total. All of this information is compiled into one easy space so I can easily track and stay on top of my sales goals.
