What do you like best?

I enjoy most the access it gives you to send customers account information and discounts.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how the system can crash sometimes, and you then have to ask the customer for their information again.

It is a modernized platform for creating accounts for customers and assisting with any issues with orders

I am able to place orders with customers, create account for them, and refund orders with any issues
