All new employees have the hardest time learning how to use It or set It up. The flows are complex and the user must be paying attention while onboarding and first learning. If not, we always have to answer a lot of questions and give a lot of direction that we have not had to do on other applications.
Make sure you have the time and resources to dedicate setting up your business's portal. It can be a learning curve, but well worth It in the long run.
We are able to connect Jira software and service desk, as well as our Confluence. This makes team management and the project management flow so much easier and more structured in our departments.
