What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to use their invoicing platform and also how easy it is to change or update things within this portal.

What do you dislike?

CorrigoPro sends a lot of reminders for almost every update. Sometimes it seems like there are too many emails, but I do feel like this is just a way of preventing anything from getting missed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently using CorrigoPro to set up work orders and use it from job start to finish. I love how easy this is to use. After we perform work and have completed the jo, we are able to have our customers rate our work. This is extremely helpful for us. We can see what areas we are excelling in and if there are any places we need to improve we can see this here as well. It is also extremely easy to update dollar amounts for purchase orders or change invoices.
