Started out strong ... didn't end that way

What do you like best?

What initially attracted me to the platform was what appeared to be real-time syncing with SalesForce and always what appeared to be easy, semi-customizable features, integration with additional tools such as Confluence (specifically JIRA.) I was also excited about the ability to utilize the tool in different ways to meet multiple organizational needs including account management, project management, enforcing process and procedure.

What do you dislike?

The tool was not easy to configure and learn. The user experience was not intuitive at all and only added to the confusion. There were 6 clicks when there should have been 2. Everything seemed to be a hack to get things to work and nothing felt sustainable long-term.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were attempting to create a source of truth, clear communication at all levels of the organization and outline process. None of this really fully happened. We had strides here-and-there but nothing that I could say, 'Yes, we did this and did it well.'
