All I need in a single platform

What do you like best?

It is easy to use and has a nice interface. I have all information I need in a single tool and do not need to use multiple software anymore. It sends me automatic reminders for commercial follow ups and whenever a contract is about to expire and I need to take action

What do you dislike?

It would be great if I could also use it to generate commercial offers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All clients' request are received though the guest portal and are automatically routed to myself or my colleagues dependnig on the topic. We no longer lose track of contract deadlines and are able to keep track ( and therefor invoice) of all the assistance being done. Previously some actions could go unnoticed or we forgot to report them, having many tasks to do. We have a complete and updated inventory of all company resources and are able to predict if maintenance is needed or we need to replace an asset.

In general, we are saving lots of time and can concentrate better on serving our clients.
