Although Promys has literally hundreds of reports that are simple to access through drop down windows, we look forward to continued improvement in their BI tools and dashboard. In addition, we would like to simplification with their interface to other systems such as Sage and our OEM systems. Further improvement in task based tracking in Prof Service would also be helpful.

We can provide reporting by OEM, Customer, Rep, Service Project, part or serial number if needed. This data is now easy to access quickly and had been prepared manually in the past.
