Advanced user of MoskitIt is simple and easy-to-use considering what is possible to manage with Moskit. I like the interactive sales funnel where the stages can me customized and the visualization can be easily modified based on filtering options. I also like the way we can register and schedule activities for campanies and or contacts. It is also effective for segmenting information and data for different users.
Actually I dislike 2 things about Moskit. Sometimes, when typing some information on specific fields with autofullfilment feature (such as companies or contacts) the software seems to stuck and it becomes hard to adjust the input information. The second thing is reporting for oportunities won or lost. It is a nice feature but it could be more sophisticated to offer a better visualization about the past and more options to make this kind of analysis more complete and easy.
If you have a simple sales operation it will certainly help. I donВґt know how it would fit if we had dozens of users, if it would still be simple to manage. It follows the basic CRM concepts so it can become useful for many different types of business. The best thing is to test it and check if your sales process and management needs can be supported by Moskit. .
We use Moskit (5 users) for managing the sales team activities: companies and contacts management, sales opportunities, sales funnel, activities registration (meetings summaries, calls, e-mails, etc.). Basically we have abandoned Excel and everything is centralized on Moskit. It also became the source of contacts to feed our inbound marketing platform (third-party solution) which is integrated to moskit.
