Customisable & affordable

What do you like best?

Being able to customize the application is the best part. Every business is slightly different so being able to not only customize the core apps but also build new ones means that it can be more fit for purpose for our business processes. The integration with QBO means that there is less double keying and estimates -> invoicing is easily tracked. The support team are always responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike?

As with any software, there are limitations to how far you can the customization but we have managed to work around many of them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to implement our sales process in Method:CRM and it is allowed us to be more efficient in seeing what estimates have been issued, sales orders converted, and we created some new apps to track deliveries also. Duplicate sales orders are a thing of the past. We can capture updates when our customers request changes and then approve their estimates. All things that were difficult to do previously
