Wish OCM could Evolve!

What do you like best?

A small pocket summarizer which details all of your business activities on the go. The best thing about this is that you do not need to compile multiple software's to keep yourself on your toes. This little organizer / summarizer / information condenser does all the work for you! Other available software usually give rise to speculation on whether they might be capable to deliver but when a software is supported by a giant, things a take a turn for the better since you get delivered customer service and issues are solved on priority if the exist.

What do you dislike?

Discontinued updates since 2020, Microsoft should have kept improving the software to develop a niche amongst its customers. Since business is integrated towards use of Outlook and its related features Microsoft could've evolved the product and tailor made it as per their large Corporate clientele. I sure hope Microsoft will reassess their decision!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The major benefit that I found was that it saved TIME. It saved space on your phone with respect to additional apps, it saved the frustration of finding the app that meets your business needs at a certain point in time while tracking your work and where it stands. My phone was not cluttered and I was always focused on what I wanted to do and not what software will help me achieve results.
