The Jarvis CRM Platform contains over 20 years of experience working in multiple industries, with many different customers with very different needs. Our focus on design plays a considerable role in Jarvis CRM. Business applications should be beautiful and functional. Jarvis CRM is the 2017 recipient of the FileMaker Business Alliance Excellence Award for Design. Productivity and simplicity are the results. In Jarvis, all data is in one place with access via desktop and iPhone. Gone are the days of finding paperwork, emails, and figuring out who has the current version of a spreadsheet.

What’s New

Jarvis 7 is the most significant update to date. Every part of Jarvis has been reviewed to ensure it is as modernized and updated for FileMaker 19. Jarvis contains the largest marketing module of any application on the FileMaker platform. Email templates, multiple marketing actions, HTML signatures, groups, inbound parsing of email bring Jarvis full circle. Everything is using FileMaker’s javascript functions in the web viewers eliminating the need for PHP. New modules: Courses, Job Descriptions, extend employee management. Over 70 total new features and updates have been added.

Great Solution! Modify to Business needs! Outstanding Support!

What do you like best?

Although we used FileMaker for some of out internal processes and systems, Jarvis CRM has provided us with a more powerful, robust and outstanding system. The UI is intuitive yet clean and easy for users of all types.

Scarpetta has been outstanding involvement in creating and modifying Jarvis to suit out business needs. The professionalism and support from Scarpetta has been beyond compare.

Jarvis has provided our business with a solution in which Scarpetta has modified to our tailored needs. Scarpetta has been able to provide a modified solution for our needs without any negative outcomes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being in the healthcare field, evolutionary changes occur often. Our journey of finding a custom EHR solution has ended with Jarvis. Before Jarvis, our agency relied on several different solutions and systems to manage our healthcare records. Our move into a paperless system has been brought to light with Jarvis. There are a multitude of benefits our business has and will be party to because of going virtually paperless.
