What do you like best?

Orgnising contacts. Everything is more streamlined; deals, contacts, products and overall progress, that I have more time to focus on achieving my goals without being bogged down by 'boring business bits'.

What do you dislike?

Nothing! All of it is great. I sometimes found the GUI slightly outdated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

YOU should absolutely use this software. Overall the process was pretty seamless. I was able to get the account up and running really quickly, and start making some changes to reflect how I want to use it ... looking forward to the future.
