Veloxity is easy to use, feature rich and increased our sales 37%
What do you like best?
Veloxity has some really efficient interfaces like the Hub, Sales Divisions and Sales Pipeline views that make interacting with the system fast, informative, and painless. Their marketing tools are great and easy to set up and enabled us to launch professional campaigns like the pros do. We found the Rules engine helped us automate many common functions allowing our sales staff to scale without hiring more people. Veloxity searching and dashboards are best in class as far as we can tell too.
The Lead and Owner Assignment Rules made it easy to get things routed and assigned out with zero human intervention.
Veloxity also is a fully configurable and extendible platform, so we don't feel like we would outgrow the system ever. But the nice thing is that its cost is half that of Salesforce while providing comparable features to their ultimate edition.
What do you dislike?
Veloxity is a newer player in the CRM space, so I wish they had a more extensive community, but I expect that to change given how excellent the system is.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed to not only ramp our email marketing and create professional templates, but also to know the ROI on our marketing efforts. Veloxity enabled all this within its platform, including support for Drip and A/B campaigns. The many dashboards and charts provided rapid insights into campaign performance. We also needed lead management and guided sales so the reps know that they should be asking before converting leads to opps.
Veloxity also enabled us to manage our product catalog and produce professional looking quotes for our prospects.
For management setting quotas has been made very easy, but more importantly, is that we can quickly see how the whole sales organization is performing at a glance.
All this has led to increased sales and better business planning as we have better insights into future sales now.
