What do you like best?
PulseHRM is used by employees who need to manage their payment in situations such as emergency medical situations in which they are unable to report to work, need a license and therefore need to be paid in accordance with the labor laws of unions and professionals.
What do you dislike?
Your organization feature has been updated recently; previously, it was a little difficult to organize an upcoming occasion and therefore manage payments. Excellent total experience, except that at first a large amount of documentation is required to set up user databases where documents are requested from team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PulseHRM is user friendly. It is a place where employees can find each of the data offered on demand. It acts as a lone document system. This is different from many other software that are restricted by firm accessibility plans outside the organization's network.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a small company, PulseHRM has been helpful in worker compliance across the board, helping employees understand their career path, as well as the goals of a better method, simplifying HR processes in recruiting, monitoring employees, payroll treatment and evaluation cycles. This also helped to provide training for employees for regular improvement.
