Simple to handle all ones customer communication

What do you like best?

Intercom is really simple to install and operate but powerful enough then to connect our customers more closely throughout their lifetime. It also offers a broader outline of our customers and enables us to maintain all communications in the same climate. Our support staff's opportunity to communicate immediately to our clients during the implementation, to offer them ongoing training effective to their current predicament, and to activate support tickets from Loud speaker thru Jira integration, ensures a seamless and effective workflow.

What do you dislike?

Although the team continues to develop certain aspects of the platform, the lot of important enic are lacking in areas such as articles, they are however very open to suggestions and feedback and constantly develop new features for our wants (even those we did not realize we would need). This same price systems can be puzzling and the information of the customers can hardly be kept up to date and sometimes relevant.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Work precisely out what you really want Intercom should do to solve the problem, then focus on the other great features. And that can be awesome to start setting everything up simultaneously.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When we first examined the problem with Intercom, we had been able to help our users without knowing specific email contact addresses. But after enacting something that, humans also realized that we can do much more to interact service requests for failures, releases and training problems and prevent them. Our platform for and it will gather support tours, campaigns and pixel density bots in the nearish term is continuously expanding. we could well continue to do so.
