What do you like best?

KPI & KRA mansagement for performance appraisal helps a lot to managers and HR to keep a track of everything even in small organizations like mine. We can manage Assets and travel management is also very much effecient. It has really helped me with organizinbg evrerything at one single place.

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything to dislike about it i used it in my earlier organization and suggested the same in my new organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made my work more smarter and easier , employees can fill their details saving a lot of time for data entry .
