HR Software- relatively easy to use but can be unreliable

What do you like best?

Overall XCD HR combines necessary items quite well. We use this to combine sales force with our performance system. It also holds our internal vacancies screen. Overall its pretty simple to navigate and utilize without direction.

What do you dislike?

XCD HR can be unreliable. We have had it go down for weeks at a time with issues caused on their end and not our own. That is frustrating when attempting to meet review deadlines.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

XCD HR holds our objectives and reviews for employee performances.
