Excellent tool for any level of maturity in contract automation
What do you like best?
Digital playbooks speed up and standardize contract review, while the system collects insights in an easily digestible and actionable manner. Having started with a completely manual process, Akorda is enabling us to begin streamlining our negotiations without requiring a complete overhaul of our contracting process - limiting impact to the business's day to day, and targeting adoption in a way that is promising for longer term success. The Akorda team is fully engaged and responsive to product feedback and new use cases alike, and is always developing in a scalable manner based on their relationships across clients.

No dislikes specific to Akorda - we have used a number of tools and Akorda offers the greatest promise in solving our biggest challenges.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Akorda provided insights into our past negotiations to inform our digital negotiation playbooks, and then built our playbooks into their platform to automate future negotiations. It is currently enabled to take a first pass review of contracts, speeding up review processes and freeing up time for our attorneys to focus on more complex negotiations.
