What do you like best?

Creating custom tags for all machines, common issues and operators. This allows us to start predicting which machines go down the most, what the most common failures are and who if they are at all, related too. Being able to tag these things makes coaching our operators much easier as we know what type of issues they are experiencing the most of.

What do you dislike?

I honestly have not found a single thing I am not happy about. The customer service team is fantastic, Appio and Gabriella are incredible to work with they are always there to help and are quick with getting things fixed. Their support is definitely one of the best parts of their program.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had an issue with preventative maintenance plans, this system has helped bring our planned vs unplanned maintenance(aka Fires) down from 94% to under 70% in just a few shorts months, 3 to be exact. This has significantly increased our uptime and has helped us understand what issues the operators face the most when a machine goes down.
