What do you like best?
Before implementing, we were investigating phishing incidents between 1 and 3 times per week. After implementing, the number of incidents has been reduced to about 1 per month. We've seen a significant improvement.
What do you dislike?
I know Area 1 is working on it, but I would like to be able to run more thorough investigations within the platform like pulling email headers and being able to see delivered email as it relates to blocked email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're struggling with phishing and BEC in your organization, whether you're using native tools or another specialized product, give this a try. They're great to work with, and their product is priced very competitively. I've used many anti-phishing tools and I've been very happy with this one.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Phishing and BEC are the number 1 problems we're solving with Area 1, both internally and for our customers. The native capabilities of Gsuite and O365 just aren't there, so having something like Area 1 in place has been a huge benefit to reducing risk and increasing productivity.
