Advanced user of Spam ExpertsSpam Experts is so easy to use! The web interface extremely intuitive and it just works! You can train Spam Experts to whitelist specific email domains either by selecting the "Release and do not mark as SPAM" option or on the opposite end, you can blacklist email by selecting the "Remove and Train as Spam" option.
Spam Experts can be used with any POP, IMAP or Exchange account. You setup your DNS MX records to point to Spam Experts and then it will do the rest!
Sometimes it will block messages if a particular organization continues to send emails multiple times per day, but simply going in and whitelisting the domain is a quick and easy fix.
If you are looking for a SPAM remediation tool to either resell to your customer base or to use for your own personal use, SPAM Experts is a great tool and the pricing is reasonable compared to comparable services offered by Norton or McAfee. I would truly recommend SPAM Experts.
SPAM continues to be a large nuisance in our organization. I used to get 100 SPAM messages per day. After much use and tweaking, I maybe get 2-3 SPAM messages now. Within the domain administrator interface, you can see all the messages that are being blocked by SPAM Experts and easily whitelist or blacklist on a domain level. This will ensure a reduction in unsolicited email that you and everyone in your organization will receive.
