Citrix Content Collaboration

What do you like best?

Using Citrix it's really convenient to connect with teammates and share information. It makes life easy for a team that has to collaborate within themselves. I had issues with sharing large files over other platforms but this works fine. A high level of encryption also an edge over other available products. Support from the Citrix team is also quick. We were able to resolve the problem within the day itself. The updates to the software is also very frequent and new feature are most of the time useful. The new feature makes it convenient too.

What do you dislike?

I have observed that sometimes uploading files is slow, it also becomes unresponsive sometimes in a system that doesn't have more RAM. if this is resolved it can be the perfect solution for collaborations. The other issue is that it's expensive than the market competitor's standard package also comes with 10$ per user per month where other competitors like Google allow around 5$ per user per month. Sometimes UI makes it a bit difficult to operate the application, for example, providing different types of access to different users for folders and files takes time and effort it could have been changed to a simple UI with all access listed together.

if you have data/document collaboration need go ahead and buy it.

I am working with a team where we need to keep shared files and use them always updated. It allows us to handle this use case easily.
