Advanced user of Winscribe TextThe ease of access when having the audio file sent over.
It can be quite fiddly going back on the audio, you might go too far. I would prefer an option to slow the audio down as I've had a previous manager who spoke quite fast and was sometimes hard to keep up without having to keep going back.
Other than the above, I haven't really encountered problems.
