Advanced user of Oracle Process CloudI found it extremely easy to use. Its very straight forward, The program interface is easy to understand. Able to accomplish needed tasks easily. No need to contact IT. Able to make changes easily.
I find some of the platforms need to be updated as they are dated. Does not affect the actual use of the software, however could be updated to the times to be more comparable to other platforms.
The ease of use is key to this product. I would say it needs updating and some of the interfaces are dated, Would highly recommend.
Able to streamline our service. Able to provide proper customer services, and makes changes with ease. Service efficiency for customers will dramatically increase.
