ELMA is a simple and user-friendly low-code platform that helps save time and money for training of your employees. In ELMA you can automate the company's business processes without involving developers. ELMA provides their users with detailed manuals and special training courses. With the help of these materials a business analyst can set up a business process in a few hours. In the system you can create several user interfaces for different groups of employees, providing them with the necessary information only. In this case, the work can be started easily and smoothly.
What do you dislike?
There are not enough extensions of the processes. The existing extensions are rather simplistic. I think in the future these features will be improved, though. At the moment the system can be integrated with any external system, and you can develop business processes of any complexity with the help of developers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have automated tasks connected with the sales processes (request processing, preparation of quotations, approval of contracts). We have also fully automated such administrative processes as HR and accounting. Now we mostly use digital documents. Approval and execution control processes are digitized as well.
