What do you like best?

It is a good platform for chatting and browsing that allows you to have direct contact for your customers or community in a fast way and more casual: you can use emojis. It has many super useful integrations like trello, super necessary for me. Gitter allows you to grow a lot, because from its Platform you can not only talk but create content to attract more people.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I can have problems with notifications, they arrive much later or simply do not appear which is a disadvantage if it is an important notification. They should integrate the night mode, usually at this time I answer chats and my eyes do not support so much light.

We use it to connect and keep my clients with excellent, fast and fluid service. At the moment we are in the process of getting more customers which the features of this app have helped us to do. Personally it has improved my communication between colleagues and increased my productivity.
