Great Background Check Software

What do you like best?

Based on our small HR Team, we worked with Verified First to have them, based on our rules, do an adjudication process. The VF team, reviews employment background results and give us an OK to hire based on our legal perimeters.. Cuts down on a ton of time and was very cost effective to do.

What do you dislike?

We wanted to run backgrounds on minors and the current process is all manual. They are making automated soon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Lack of HR team headcount to manage process. They have helped us save from hiring a person to manage or add to an already full plate off current person.
