What do you like best?

The user experience is smooth. It allows for quick searches and everything pops up in a single platform for easy viewing.

What do you dislike?

The implementation process took a very long time. We were slow to receive the training due to backlog of roll out.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be patient with the roll out process. It's a great tool to use and resolves a lot of headaches.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Finding right candidates to fit my team is highly important. I do not want to hire people with integrity issues and this allows me to use it quickly for potential candidates while also allowing me time to my other candidates.
