Best onboarding and support I've received in a LONG time.
What do you like best?
The platform is user-friendly yet robust enough for our accounting needs. The onboarding process was painless and our account rep, Ben, is certainly the one to beat in the customer service arena.
Can't beat the cash back and partner offers. The inexpensive reimbursement option has helped us to replace the expensive vendor we were using (major player in the market).
Can't wait to see the features that Ramp implements and develops in future versions of the software. Looking forward to being a long-term partner!
What do you dislike?
Would be great to have as a one-stop shop for all of our vendors (including AP). With that being said, the product currently does what it is intended to do and we haven't experienced any downside to using this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Come for the ease of features and benefits, stay for the customer service.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We previously used a LARGE player in the merchant services market. Because our company as a whole was only considered mid-sized, we were not given the attention or problem resolutions that we expected to receive from such a large processor. These problems included syncing with our accounting software, quick and painless card issuing, and receipt management.
Ramp has solved all of our technical problems, right of the bat, while also making us feel like we matter as customers.
