What do you like best?
Many software packages try to be a Swiss Army knife of software. That increases complexity, setup time and learning curve. Join It focuses only on what we needed, membership management, signup, events and payment. The result was a one day setup and we were signing up members the next day. We are connected with Quick Books On-line and Emma.
What do you dislike?
I lot of users spend a lot of time trying to make a software package to do things their way. At first we were frustrated that Join It had their own way of doing things. But once we tried their way, we forgot whatever was the way we wanted to handle the process. In the end Join It was 100% correct.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Join It has eliminated all of our membership management challenges. Now we have the time to focus on getting new members vs. trying to setup and manage our existing members. Most organizations like ours don't have a dedicated IT or membership staff. If that sounds like your group Join It is what you need. I spent weeks trying to make another membership management to work FOR us. I had to hire an expert to make the system work. The other packages try to do everything like taking over our WEB site and doing our e-mail marketing. I like the apps we have in place now for those functions. Join It is laser focused on membership.
